System Analysts
Experience: 4 Years and above
As a System Analyst you be responsible for analyzing and creating the functional and development specs. You will translate these specs into a project plan. It will be a part of your responsibility to ensure that your team works smoothly towards achieving the client’s requirements and deadlines while ensuring and maintaining the highest standards of quality.
Desired Profile of the candidate:
- Experience of 4 years with at least 2 years on .NET
- Strong understanding of OOAD Concepts and software engineering best practices.
- Awareness of quality process would be a plus.
- Thorough understanding of SQL and PL/SQL.
- Must possess good communication skills and very strong analytical skills and have the ability to work independently or in a team environment.
- Must be a quick learner and should have strong grasping power.
- Should have the ability to work under pressure.
Educational Background:
Preferably BE / B tech / M. Sc. / MCA from a premier institute.
Technical Skill Sets:
Web Based Development Technologies like .NET, XML, SQL, AJAX, HTML, JavaScript, Action Script. |

Software Developer
Experience: 1 Year and above
As a Software Developer your responsibility will be to undertake the development as set out in the project plan. You will be required to understand and translate the development specs into effective code. You will need to learn and implement new technologies in a short period of time as well as work with various Database platforms.
Desired Profile of the candidate:
- Experience of at least 1 year with knowledge of .NET.
- Must possess good communication skills and very strong analytical skills.
- Should be able to work independently or in a team environment.
- Must be a quick learner and should have strong grasping power.
- Should have the ability to work under pressure.
Educational Background:
